Bradley Schlemmer
Client Experience Manager
It’s often said that to become a virtuoso, one must devote 10,000 hours to a craft. For Bradley, those hours have been spent over a 15-year journey in luxury travel – blending passion, purpose, and deep client care.
His love for exploration was sparked by his beloved aunt, whose adventures across 48 U.S. states inspired his own wanderlust. Raised in a New England family, the lighthouse became a guiding symbol of her legacy – and his own enduring curiosity.
Bradley followed this early inspiration into a path rooted in storytelling, service, and connection. A graduate of the University of Missouri–Columbia with degrees in English and Psychology (with a focus in Creative Writing and a minor in Classics), he developed a powerful ability to communicate with empathy – now a hallmark of his client relationships.
Bradley began his career in the demanding world of corporate travel, mastering efficiency, loyalty-building, and brand-aligned service. But he quickly realized that luxury travel is about more than logistics – it’s about understanding the emotional heart of every journey.
Today, as a Client Experience Manager at Huffman Travel, Bradley brings unmatched dedication to designing bespoke, transformative travel experiences. Whether crafting multi-stop itineraries or navigating complex requests, he serves with care, creativity, and integrity – helping clients discover new parts of the world and themselves.
Outside of work, Bradley is a devoted family member and proud godparent, an active volunteer, and a lifelong learner in what he fondly calls the “School of Life.”
