Our Planning Model

We operate on a Design Fee model that reflects the time, thought, and personalization we dedicate to each journey. This fee covers our work getting to know you, researching and curating your itinerary, and coordinating hotel accommodations, privately guided experiences, and thoughtful touches throughout.

Because we work with a select number of clients at any given time, we are highly collaborative and hands-on throughout the planning process. With The Huffman Difference, we remain closely involved – from the earliest conversations through to your return – working in tandem with our trusted partners behind the scenes to ensure every detail is seamless.

Trip design fees start at $1,500+ per week of travel and vary based on the complexity and scope of the itinerary.

Hotel-Only Bookings

In addition to designing once-in-a-lifetime experiences, we’re happy to handle more straightforward requests. If you know exactly where you’d like to stay, there’s no fee for hotel-only bookings.

Thanks to our preferred relationships with the world’s top luxury brands – including Four Seasons, Aman, Rosewood, Rocco Forte, Belmond, The Oetker Collection, Peninsula, The Dorchester Collection, Relais & Châteaux, Hyatt Privé, Marriott luxury brands, Jumeirah, and more – we’re able to extend exclusive amenities at the same rate you’d pay online.

Long-Term Travel Planning

For clients who want to approach travel with greater intention, we offer Wanderlist – our signature long-term travel planning service. Through Wanderlist, you’ll partner with a dedicated advisor to map out multi-year goals and experiences designed to maximize your most precious, non-renewable asset: time.

Together, we explore your dreams and create a personalized travel calendar that delivers what we call a return on life.

Wanderlist planning begins at $1,500 for a family of four.

Air Booking Services

While many clients choose to book flights independently, we are happy to assist with air arrangements when needed. Our air ticketing service starts at $100 per ticket/transaction. At this time, we do not manage points or mileage programs on behalf of clients.
